Ce samedi 6 janvier 2024 a eu lieu le lancement officiel des travaux de construction du M\u00e9morial de Gor\u00e9e, effectu\u00e9 par le Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique Macky Sall pr\u00e9sence d'Oumar SOW, Pr\u00e9sident du Directoire de CSE Group, de l\u2019APIX-S.A et du Minist\u00e8re de la Culture et du Patrimoine Historique du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal \n


\nEn tant que cotitulaire de ce projet d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019Afrique et \u00e0 la m\u00e9moire de la Traite des esclaves, la CSE est fi\u00e8re de participer \u00e0 cette entreprise significative, r\u00e9sultat d'un Concours International soutenu par l\u2019Etat du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal, l\u2019UNESCO et l\u2019Association des architectes (UIA). Les travaux se d\u00e9clinent en trois lots :


\n\"1\ufe0f\u20e3\" Ouvrages maritimes, avec un mur brise-lames et un ponton d\u2019accostage, ainsi que des ouvrages terrestres pour la stabilit\u00e9 de la falaise.


\n\"2\ufe0f\u20e3\" Un b\u00e2timent de 105 m\u00e8tres de hauteur avec un ascenseur panoramique offrant une vue sur l\u2019oc\u00e9an Atlantique, accompagn\u00e9 d\u2019une grande place ext\u00e9rieure pour des manifestations culturelles et comm\u00e9moratives.


\n\"3\ufe0f\u20e3\" Travaux de voirie et r\u00e9seaux divers (VRD).\n
